I posted this on my stories yesterday and was going to be done with it but the DM’s I got about my Botox for migraines was overwhelming and I wanted to talk more about it. ⠀ ✨⠀ I had a migraine that lasted for 3-4 months with little to no relief. I tried every natural remedy and I mean like every one. ⠀ ✨⠀ Some of them were⠀ 1️⃣ changed my diet again and again. Right now I am gluten-free, caffeine free, refined sugar free, and booze free. ⠀ 2️⃣ acupuncture ⠀ 3️⃣acupressure⠀ 4️⃣ light therapy ⠀ 5️⃣sound therapy ⠀ 6️⃣reki⠀ 7️⃣massage⠀ 8️⃣all different energy healing. You name if I tried it. ⠀ 9️⃣ crystal healings ⠀ 🔟 went to a Native American shaman⠀ Along with every western medicine option as well and all I got was frustrated. ⠀ ✨⠀ After all those experiments my dr finally okayed Botox shots all through my head and neck however they were skeptical on if it would work or now. I was in so much pain and was so desperate I was ready to try anything!!⠀ ✨⠀ Almost instantaneously after getting these injections my head stopped hurting and my vision was way better. Do you know it’s ok to share other people’s photos on Instagram you just have to do it the right way?!⠀ —⠀ I know so many people feel like they have to take every photo themselves which can add up with you are trying to post everyday. But sharing is caring. If you share someone’s photo and give them credit like I have done down there 👇🏼 it makes their account look more legit because people are sharing their content and in turn it makes your feed more curated. The only way to have a successful life... I mean Instagram is to post lots of food photos so that hungry people will be jealous. ⠀ -⠀ That’s a joke. Idk why are we all so obsessed with taking photos of our food? The other day I was out and I was so starving I was ready to eat a 🚁. I change my hair A LOT! I love it because each time I feel like a whole new person and have a whole new look! — This time a month or so ago I wanted to do bangs to see what I looked like and to hide my swollen face that sometimes happens from my battle with #lupus. At first every time I looked in the mirror I didn’t recognize myself and was all what did I do 🙊. So I didn’t share to much at first. — Now I have finally gotten used to it and love it so much. I used all my strength to sit up in bed but the room was spinning and my vision was blurry. I just had to get to the wall and follow it to my kitchen so I could get something (anything) for my low blood sugar. However I got up and instantly fell down. I tried again to sit up and couldn’t. I was so sleepy so I fell back asleep. ⠀ —⠀ I don’t know how much time had passed but I was woken up by Jyn here tugging and shaking my head barking at me to get up. I still couldn’t even though I knew I had to. I tried to get Alexa to send a message to my dad but my words were to slurred. So I fell back asleep. ⠀ —⠀ Off subject but Jyn is just a year and half old. She was born with cataracts so 90% of her vision is blocked. She is smaller then she is supposed to. However she can find anything and do anything because she has super smell and super hearing. She is also the smartest dog we have had. Probably smarter then her own good. ⠀ —⠀ I woke up again to a very #disapprovingcorgi who was barking at me now fully upset with me. The only words I could make out was get the phone. She instantly jumped up in bed and grabbed my phone by the #popsocket and got it to me so I could call my dad. ⠀ —⠀ She saved my life. When my dad got there I was below 20. If you are not familiar with #type1diabetes your blood sugar should be between 70-150. So that was bad. ⠀ —⠀ Dogs can smell low blood sugars. There is a wonderful nonprofit @dogsfordiabetics that train dogs for diabetics to alert them for their low blood sugars. I am so thankful to the inversion for Jyn! I am gonna be real with you... I hate photos of myself. It’s not that I think I am unattractive or don’t like the way I look but in real life I feel way hotter then when I see a photo of myself. I suddenly feel overwhelmed and like I look like an awkward teenager who is staring to look old 😨. ⠀ —⠀ So my goal is to get the f**%^ over it. It’s time. I am also deathly allergic to videos because my voice sounds like Mickey Mouse. While this may not be true that is what I hear. ⠀ —⠀ Is anyone else so nervous about videos and anxious that is the way social media is going? ⠀ —⠀ Duke my 🐶 loves videos so I think I am going to have him be my new spokesperson.
